We put a huge amount of time and effort into finding your perfect cleaner. All cleaners are initially interviewed over the telephone, we then interview them in their own home (which we feel is the most important part of our interviewing process). We then check proof of identification, proof of address, 2 references and next of kin details. As the Director of A&F Domestic Services Ltd I personally interview all prospective cleaners and if I wouldn’t employ the applicant to clean in my own home then they do not go onto our database of approved cleaners.
Our service is flexible and designed to suit your individual requirements, your cleaner will work completely to your specification, we do not have a list of cannot do’s that most other companies have.
We have an open and honest pricing structure with no hidden charges, the total rate you pay is £9.50 per hour.
