  1. Will my cleaner do ironing?

    Your cleaner is happy to iron a few items, if you have more than a few items we do offer an ironing service where we can come and uplift your ironing and then return it crease free back to you!

  2. Do you supply the cleaning materials?

    We use your own cleaning materials. This ensures that the products you like are used in your home. You do not have the concern of mites being transferred from someone else’s home to yours and it also enables us to keep our rates as low as possible, the savings are always passed on to you!

  3. Do you have insurance?

    Yes. The insurance we have includes any damage to your home. The insurance has a £100 excess, householders are responsible for the first £100 of any claim. Our insurance does not cover bleach damage we would ask you to refrain from giving your cleaner bleach or any products containing bleach.

  4. What if I am not happy with my cleaner?

    Having a cleaner in your home is a very personal matter, we all like things done in a certain way and with certain products. We do our best to match you up with the most suitable cleaner. However, sometime for no apparent reason you just may not ‘gel’ with your cleaner. That’s what we are here for, just a quick phone call to us and we will sort it out. If another cleaner is required we will organise it all for you. We would ask that you always give us the opportunity to sort out any concerns that may arise.

  5. What happens once I have ordered a cleaner?

    We will check to see who we have on our database that is available on your requested day. Once we have selected the cleaner we feel is most suitable we will pass on your details and your cleaner will then contact you directly to make arrangements for starting. If you would like to meet your cleaner prior to the start date you can arrange that with the cleaner when they call. Once your cleaner has started we will post a welcome pack to you. Included in this is an invoice for your first 2 months agency fee and a standing order mandate form for your monthly fee. Just complete these and post them back. As simple as that!

  6. Do I need to Sign a Contract tying me in for a few months?

    No. We do ask that you stay with us for 1 month initially just to give you and your cleaner a chance to settle in together. If you do decide that you no longer require our services it would be good if you are able to give us one months notice just so that we can find another customer for your cleaner but this is not something that we legally expect from you, we do understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel without giving notice.

  7. How do the payments work?

    Paying the agency is very simple, and the cleaner is paid directly by you, the client. We will post a standing order mandate form to you and your agency fee will be paid monthly. The agency fee covers you for your insurance, cover if your cleaner is on holiday, ability to change your cleaner whenever you like, replacement cleaner should your cleaner decide to leave, back up and advice from our consultants.

  8. Why is the Cleaner & Agency Paid Separately?

    The rate you pay is going directly into getting the work done and not just administration. If you paid us, and we paid the cleaner for you, you would be paying:

    * VAT on top of the amount paid to the cleaner
    * Cost of the agency running a payroll.
    * In depth health and safety policy, as any company employing more than a few people has much greater legal obligations
    * and so on...
